Philexport Cebu elected its new set of officers for FY 2010 last December 8, 2009 at the Casino Espaņol de Cebu during its special meeting as mandated by the by-laws. The meeting was attended by 10 out 11 trustees who will compose the board for the year 2010.

The election was done openly and the following officers were nominated unopposed and declared winners as follows:

•                                  Vice President:         Max Ricohermoso
•                                  Secretary:                  Nelson Bascones
•                                  Treasurer:                 Charles Streegan
•                                  Auditor:                      Teresita Uyfang

The said officers will officially start their term on January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010. There are 3 new trustees who are joining the board of trustees of Philexport Cebu namely Messrs. Charles Streegan and Bob Booth of furniture sector and Jefferson Tio of fashion accessories sector.  They will occupy the seats vacated by Messrs. Jay Yuvallos and Mike Basubas of the furniture group and Ms. Janet Chua of the fashion accessories group.
