Philexport Cebu to Conduct Export Audit on SMEs |

A workshop on Company Auditing and Profiling will be jointly organized by Philexport Cebu and CBI of the Netherlands from March 18 to 20, 2010. This workshop is designed for the Philexport staff, Local Export Experts from the Export Training and Coaching Center (ETCC) and interested parties from the sectoral associations under the umbrella of the organization.
The company auditing and profiling workshop will capacitate participants in auditing export companies and profiling them and their buyers properly. Two exporting companies have signified their interest in joining this project by volunteering their companies as test cases for the export auditors.
Philexport Cebu has always advocated “export readiness” or “export fitness” within its membership base of SME companies. The program is part of Philexport Cebu’s capacity building for SME companies as well as drawing awareness from these companies on the importance on having an export marketing plan as well as a sharper market entry strategy. |
