To describe the process of logistics and the appropriate business labels to the actual specific activities attendants to the processes;
To understand the role of logistics in the creation of value to service clients and ultimate consumers;
To identify both external and organizational environment concerns that impact both business and financial outcomes;
To improve analysis of particular situations on logistics using business models;
To enhance the ability to develop alternatives in response to logistics aberrations and variances; and
To develop a greater quest towards process improvements and enhancements in logistics functions.
